Pork-chop Mozzarella

:Ingredients:

24 oz Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
15 oz Classico Four Cheese Alfredo
1 lb Box of Barilla Penne Noodles
1 Packet of  Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese/ or Grated Parmesan
1 Whisked Egg
4 Medium Sized Boneless Pork-chops

                                                         Pork chop
Preheat the Oven to 350. Trim the fat off of the meat

  •  In two separate dishes add the Onion Mix and Bread Crumbs into one, and the Whisked Egg in the other.
  • Coat the Pork Chop in the whisked egg. Followed by the the bread crumb mixture.

  •  Place the Pork Chops in a baking pan and pour over half the Four Cheese Alfredo. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 45-50 min. Or until the center is no longer pink.
  • During the last 5 minutes sprinkle over the Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese and Bake Uncovered for the remainder of the time. This time I used Parmesan Cheese because, I didn't have Mozzarella Cheese so I improvised.

Noodles

  • While the Pork chops are baking. Boil the Noodles until Tender in a Shallow Pan.
  • When the Noodles are finished Drain.
  • Add the remaining Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce and the Four Cheese Pasta Sauce in the Pan and mix together. Once finished stir in the Noodles.

  • After the Pork Chops and Noodles place on a Dish and top with Parmesan Cheese. If you have Kale   handy sprinkle some on add, it adds a nice mild flavor.
